What are they made from?

Eyelash extensions are extremely lightweight, fine individual lashes made from synthetic hair. The most popular type is synthetic mink hair. 

What is the process?

You will have the opportunity to choose between Classic, Hybrid, and Volume style lashed. 

Classic Eyelash Extensions

Classic lashes are the most natural looking lashes applied in a 1:1 ratio. One synthetic eyelash, mimicking the shape of a natural lash, is placed on each of your healthy natural lashes. The density of a classic set is dependent on the number of natural lashes the client has. Classic lashes are ideal to add depth, darkness, and length to natural lashes.

Hybrid Eyelash Extensions

Hybrid lashes are a combination of classic lashes and volume lashes. Approximately 50% of the lashes applied are classics and 50% are volume lashes in 2D, 3D, or 4D. These numbers represent the dimensions of the volume lashes applied. 

Volume Eyelash Extensions

Volume Eyelash Extensions are created using 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D or 6D. You may be thinking, what is this number? The number applies to how many light weight individual lashes you would like to apply to each individual natural lash. 

The lashes are fanned onto your natural lashes using a special lash adhesive. If you are looking for a fuller, more dramatic look then we recommend a higher number, but if you prefer your lashes to look more natural but fuller due to lower natural lash count or just the desire for a more dramatic look, then stick with a lower number. 

Mega Volume

Mega Volume Eyelash extensions are created using the finest premium lashes on the  market allowing more dimensions to the lash fan without weighing down the natural lash. Mega Volume lashes are typically 7D - 12D depending on the strength of the natural lash and desired look. These are the most full, dense and dramatic eyelash extensions.

How long do they last?

Eyelash extensions typically last between 4 to 6 weeks. However, with all of our lash extensions, we recommend to get infills every 2 to 3 weeks. This will prevent any gaps and keep your lashes looking better for longer. 

Are they easy to maintain?

Yes! You will receive an after care kit with each Full Set containing a special eyelash shampoo, spoolie and cleansing brush. You will use the shampoo to wash your eyelashes at least once a day. The eyelash shampoo can be used to remove all make-up reducing the products used when cleansing your face. If you choose to use your own lash cleanser, we recommend water-based cleansers and micellar waters to gently wash the eye area. 

We also recommend brushing your lashes several times a day to keep them pointed in the correct direction, loosen any environmental debris,  and to ensure none of them stick together.

Why should I choose lash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are so versatile. Depending on the style and number you choose (eg 2D or 6D), you have immense control over how dramatic or natural you want your lash look to be. Volume lashes are the key to a buildable look. 

Due to the synthetic material, eyelash extensions are extremely lightweight and will not pull on your eyelid or natural lashes. This fluttery texture can make it feel as if you’re not wearing any extensions, and are very suited to daytime wear.
