PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
General Instructions
Cell phones should be on silent for the appointment. Excessive talking during lash extension services could put your eye health at risk and will distract from getting the service done in a timely manner. I have a charging station you may use during service.
If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of my services and limited space, no extra guests, pets or children please.
Booking Policy
For Eyelash Extension Fill Services, You must have 40% or more of your extensions remaining. If you have less than 40% lashes remaining it will be considered a full set.
Effecitve 12/1/2022 All appointments will require a valid card on file at the time of booking. Card will not be charged unless same day cancellation/reschule or no-show
We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary at times. We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments. If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours before your appointment your card on file will be charged 50% of the service
No Call, No Show clients will be charged the FULL cost of your scheduled service! No exceptions...No refunds! Please be respectful of our time.
Late policy: Please understand, when tardy, we can only serve you for the duration of your scheduled appointment and will not go over scheduled time and full cost will be assessed. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment without communicating with your provider, it will be considered a No Show and you will be assessed the 100% No Show fee.
We do NOT accept foreign work but do offer FREE removal with full set. (Select the option “removal” when booking full set).
All Sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges.
Appointment Policy
Lash and Brow Services:
Please come to appointment with clean lashes and free of all eye makeup. Any extra cleansing needed will require more time and you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. This will also limit the amount time we can spend lashing during your scheduled time.
Your eyes will be closed for the full service. Just rest and relax.
Avoid Caffeine and Energy Drinks for at least 3 hours before your appointment
If possible, avoid mascara 3-5 days prior to lash extension services. Especially waterproof.
Dress comfortably and Avoid bun/ponytail/Hoodies
You may bring your own music, audio book, podcast ect. You may use the Bluetooth speaker in the studio or your own headphones. Or enjoy the music provided.
Waxing Appointments
For proper hair removal quality and best results, please make sure the area of potential hair removal is grown out at least a quarter of an inch long or 2 weeks of no shaving or tweezing.
The client accepts these conditions by making an appointment. Please make every effort to keep your appointment.

Please read your confirmation email that is sent immediately after booking, and respond to the confirmation via email or text. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment as a courtesy.
